If you are purchasing an older home the chances are that you will be asked to get a Four Point inspection. These inspections cover the major points of the home that could be a liability to the insurance companies (the condition and material used to construct the elements of the roof, electrical system, plumbing system & HVAC system). **This inspection is included in the buyer & seller inspections.
